PURPOSE:To permit temperature control, restricting the resinification of liquid, as well as the remarkable reduction of washing frequency and the replacement frequency of a mixer, by a method wherein liquid tanks, containing two-pack type liquid separately, are receiving in a liquid container, in which heating liquid is circulated, while a valve device and the mixer are heated independently. CONSTITUTION:Oil 24, heated to a proper temperature, is supplied to a liquid container 21, an electric heater 22 in a valve device 5 and the electric heater 23 in a mixer 7 are conducted while respective liquid tanks 29, 30, 31, the valve device 5 and the mixer 7 are kept in respective different temperatures. Subsequently, the peripheral grooves 14a of a spool 14 in the valve device 5 are positioned at the suction side of liquid passing holes 11, 12 for two-pack type liquid and a plunger pump 6 is operated to circulate the two-pack type liquids between the liquid tanks 1, 2 and a pump chamber 6a. An actuator 6c is operated simultaneously with the retreating of a piston 6b to turn the spool 14 by 90 deg. and supply the two-pack type liquid in the pump chamber 6a into the mixer 7. Then, the spool in the valve device 5 is opened to guide washing liquid from the liquid tank 3 and wash the valve device 5 and the inside of the mixer. |
