PURPOSE:To ease a shock caused by a speed change and to make manufacture and mounting easy, by repeatedly energizing and de-energizing a solenoid valve for controlling a 1-2 shift valve to control a pressure applied to a hydraulic servo. CONSTITUTION:Signals from a car speed sensor 51 and a throttle sensor 52 are applied to a microcomputer 55 through an input connection circuits 53, 54 for calculation so that a solenoid valve S2 is controlled through an output drive circuit 56 to drive a 1 2 shift valve 16. The microcomputer 55 processes the input signals according to a program and repeatedly turns on and off the solenoid valve S2 when a servo pressure is increased to a brake engaging pressure. Therefore, a shock caused by a speed change in a shift of 1 2 is eased when a servo pressure is reduced and a degree of a throttle opening is small, and in particular it is 0% and manufacture and mounting is made easy.
