The microcomputer 55 processes the input signals according to a program and repeatedly turns on and off the solenoid valve S2 when a servo pressure is increased to a brake engaging pressure. Therefore, a shock caused by a speed change in a shift of 1 2 is eased when a servo pressure is reduced and a degree of a throttle opening is small, and in particular it is 0% and manufacture and mounting is made easy.
