PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform film having large sticking force, by interrupting electrolytic polymerization in the midst of this operation and letting the film alone for a definite time so that dispersion time is given to a high-molecular material and an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:When a collector and a conductor are put in an electrolytic polymerization container and both are conducted for electrolytic polymerization to form an electrode for a plastic battery, electrolytic polymerization is interruped in the midst of this operation, and the film is let alone for a definite time and then the conduction process is performed, or otherwise after the film is let alone for a definite time the electrolytic polymerized liquid is stirred and then the conduction process is performed. Such interruption of the electrolytic polymerization and letting-alone of the film allow a high-molecular material to precipitate on the surface and in the inner part of the collector, so that a polymerized material of large adhesion strength and a battery of large capacity per unit volume can be obtained. |
