The invention relates to a motorised drop-shutter door for display cabinet-window, which is reliable, aesthetic, burglar proof and easily cleaned. It consists of lateral walls 1 and of one (or two) drop-shutter door(s) 2, sliding between two slideways 3. The upper part consists of a box structure forming an opaque band 4, in which there are housed the electrical supplies 5 for the window, as well as the motorised mechanism for operating the door, controlled by a contactor with key 6. This mechanism consists of a geared electric motor 7, preferably of the irreversible type, provided with a toothed pinion 8, driving a rack 9, fixed vertically to the door, with a system for switching off at the top and bottom travel limits 10.
