PURPOSE:To reduce an influence of an external noise to an output voltage by connecting a reset drain and a first preamplifier power source to one another in an image sensing device to be connected to a stabilized power source. CONSTITUTION:A power source is connected to a reset drain 5 in an image sensing device surrounded by a broken line, and connected to a stabilized power source 11. A transferred signal charge is converted to a voltage, and output to a second preamplifier 7. The preamplifier amplifies the output of a preamplifier 6 to a level to be output from the device, the power source is connected to a power source 10 for the second preamplifier having larger current supply capacity, the input is connected to the output of the first preamplifier 6, and the output is connected to the output terminal of an output terminal 8. A substrate terminal 9 is used as a reference of all image sensing devices, and normally fixed to a ground potential. The power source 11 for stabilizing the reference level of the signal is connected to the power terminal of the first preamplifier 6 and the reset drain 5, and the other terminal is connected to the substrate 9 in the same manner as the power source 10. |
