PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat radiation efficiency of a thermoelectric conversion device. SOLUTION: A heat radiating side electrode 23a (23b, 23c) is provided with a protruding part 232a (232b, 232c) whose one part is exposed to a coolant flow path 11. So, a coolant flowing the coolant flow path 11 directly contacts the heat-radiating side electrodes 23a, 23b, and 23c at the protruding parts 232a, 232b, and 232c, directly cooling the heat radiating side electrodes 23a, 23b, and 23c. The thermal resistance between an electrode and substrate or that of substrate itself does not lower cooling efficiency as before, but significantly improving the heat radiating efficiency.
