<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillation period independently of a power voltage by generating a threshold voltage through a constant current flowing to a resistor and applying charge/discharge by the constant current. CONSTITUTION:A differential amplifier comprising transistors (TR) Q11-Q18 and the constant current source I1 causes a current I1 or -I1 of flow to a resistor R10, an upper limit threshold voltage VH=I1XR10 and a lower limit threshold voltage VL=I1XR10 are formed. The voltage is inputted to the differential amplifier comprising the TRs Q19-Q26 and the constant current I2 to change over the current flowing to the capacitor C1. The current flowing to the capacitor C1 is I2 or -I2. Thus, the terminal voltage across the capacitor C1 is independent of the power voltage and the upper/lower limit voltage switching the charge/discharge is independent of the power voltage, then the oscillated period is independent of the power voltage.</p> |
