PURPOSE:To efficiently homogenize solid-liquid slurry at high-speed flow and high-speed collision by using a homogenizer wherein the outlet end face of a valve seat specifying an orifice, the front face of a valve disk and the inner face of an impulse ring are subjected to <=6.3mu surfacing. CONSTITUTION:A homogenizer is constituted of a valve seat having a central passage feeding solid-liquid slurry contg. fibrous substance under pressurization, a valve disk specifying an orifice between the valve seat and the outlet and face thereof and an impulse ring having the inner face allowed to collide against solid-liquid slurry flowing out to the outer part in the radius direction from the orifice. In this case, the outlet end face of the valve seat specifying the above-mentioned orifice, the front face of the valve disk and the inner face of the impulse ring are subjected to <=6.3mu surfacing accuracy and the homogenization of solid-liquid slurry is performed by using this homogenizer. |
