PURPOSE:To simplify the maintenance/control jobs of an automatic transaction processor by using a counter which counts the working time or the working frequency of each working part and a display means which displays the contents of the counter. CONSTITUTION:A resetting circuit 30 generates a reset signal RES to a slave CPU 12 before the working of the CPU 12 is started. Various input/output devices are connected to an I/O port 31. A CPU monitor timer 32, so-called watchdog timer, is reset by a refresh signal REF outputted from the port 31. Then the CPU 12 counts up a counter 34 at a specific time interval based on the output signal of a timer circuit 33. The output signal of the circuit 33 is also used as a reference signal for other time processes. The counter 34 is active when a transistor Q is turned on and performs its counting action by the signal outputted from the port 31. A display device 35 displays the count contents of the counter 34. |
