A mandrel 1 constituting the male tubular element is connected to a female tubular element 2 which is extended by a frustoconical part 11 and ends in a cylindrical sleeve of larger diameter than the mandrel. The clip-in member for these two elements consists of at least one segment 3 allowing fastening of the mandrel, one outer face 17 of which has a tapered shape corresponding to the frustoconical part, the retention piston 4 acting on the said segment so as to hold it against the frustoconical part of the female element in a position in which it fastens the mandrel.
