摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost, by coating the surface of a scintillator element on the side of an X-ray source with an adhesive having high reflectivity to visible light and also filling the gap part between the scintillator element and a collimator plate. CONSTITUTION:The first transparent adhesive layer 6 is applied to the photodiode array 5 formed to the inside surface of an insulating substrate 1 and scintillator element 7 are arranged corresponding to the arrangement of collimator plates 4 through the adhesive layer 6 to constitute a collimator plate arrangement body. Then, the surfaces of the elements 7 on the side of an X-ray source and the outer surfaces of both end surfaces thereof are coated with the second white adhesive layer 8, for example, formed by dispersing TiO2 in an epoxy resin and the gap parts between the element 7 and the collimator plates 4 are filled with the second adhesive. By this constitution, X-rays emitted from the X-ray source to be incident to the elements 7 emit lights in the elements to reach the array 5 but visible light going in a direction other than the array 5 is reflected from the inner surface of the adhesive layer 8 to be incident to the array 5. By this method, manufacturing cost can be reduced.
