In the case of a rotor blade having a blade neck (2), which is torsionally soft for the blade incidence angle movements, between a blade root (1) and a blade aerofoil (3), a blade control casing (5) for the blade incidence angle control extends from said blade aerofoil (3) along the blade neck (2) but without touching it to the blade root (1), which blade control casing (5) is combined with the blade aerofoil (3) to form an integral fibre-composite plastic body. In order to reduce the manufacturing cost, this blade control casing (5) has an inner (on the blade neck side) base body (5.1) which is a supporting core (which is already of constant shape) for the casing structure during the combination with an outer casing structure (5.2 to 5.5), in a force-fitting composite manner with the rotor blade. <IMAGE>
