PURPOSE:To make a brake effect so as to be effective enough, by fixing a shift speed ratio at a time when it materializes two conditions of a sporty drive range with an accelerator released as a target shift speed ratio and, when the target shift speed ratio at the time of satisfying subsequent these two conditions is the low speed side, renewing the shift speed ratio to be fixed. CONSTITUTION:A target shift speed ratio at a time when it comes to a condition for accelerator release of a sporty drive range with a timer routine is held by a holding part 62, and outputted from an altering part 63. And, as far as this condition continues, it is fixed to this shift speed ratio. Afterward, when value of the target shift speed ratio to be set by a retrieving part 46 to this shift speed ratio is at the low speed side, it is renewed to the value. With this constitution, when an engine is made effective, gear shifting is suspended and an increase in car speed is minimized, thus an engine brake effect can be made so effective enough. |
