<p>PURPOSE:To enable the positioning of a truck to be performed in a conveying position accurately in a high sped, by providing the parts loading jig unit truck for exclusive use in every car kind so that this truck is conveyed floating by a contactless type motor. CONSTITUTION:The first mounting bed 12 of linear shape provides a loading process part 13 and a welding process part 14 respectively in the both ends and a center station part 15 in the center. The second mounting bed 16 is provided in both sides of the center station part 15, and a pair of conveying rails 17, 18 are provided in both sides on these of the first and second mounting beds 12, 16. A pair of non-rotation type motor 19 are provided to be arranged spacing a fixed distance along the conveying rails 17, 18, while a plurality of jig unit trucks 20a-20d of different kind are movably mounted onto the conveying rails 17, 18.</p> |
