PURPOSE:To prevent entry of water drops into a car room by installing a drip seal at the end of a drip channel and providing a water drop absorbing part at the lower end of the seal lip of the drip seal. CONSTITUTION:Flocks 16 are applied as a water drop absorbing part covering from the root of a seal lip 15 to the lower side of the base part 14a of a drip seal 14. Other flocks 19 are applied on the upper surface of the extended part 18 of a welt 17. Therefore, water drops remaining at the end of the seal lip 15 go down along the seal lip 15, while they are absorbed by the flocks 16. In case all of them cannot be absorbed by the flocks 16, they can be absorbed by the flocks 19 at the extended part 18 of the welt 17. Thus water drops can be completely prevented from entering into a car room. |
