The invention relates to an electrohydraulic lifting-unit regulating device which can be used in agricultural machines, especially in tractor building. The purpose of the invention is to develop a lifting-unit regulating device which can be used in a flexible way and which works with low energy, whilst ensuring a high regulating quality, whilst the object is, when the dead-zone limits are exceeded, to achieve a jolt-free response with a freely selectable responsiveness of the lifting cylinder. According to the invention, as a result of a shift by the amount of a selectable first preset value - sensitivity I - in the y-direction, rectification and multiplicative linkage to a selectable second preset value - sensitivity II - of the characteristic of the amplified absolute value of the control deviation, a signal having a continuous characteristic curve is formed, this signal activating the magnets for a proportional valve via a pulse modulator by AND-function linkage with the output signals from a window discriminator, the input signal of which is the control deviation. <IMAGE>
