PURPOSE:To lengthen the lifetime of an output mirror by forming the output mirror by detachable main output mirror and auxiliary output mirror juxtaposed to a box body, coating the auxiliary output mirror side of the main output mirror on the atmospheric air side and bringing the laser medium side of the auxiliary output mirror on the laser medium side to a non-coating state. CONSTITUTION:An output mirror 2a is shaped by a main output mirror 2a1 and an auxiliary output mirror 2a2 detachably disposed in an array to a mirror holder 7 mounted at one end of a box body 3, and the main output mirror 2a1 is arranged to a window section being in contact with atmospheric air and the auxiliary output mirror 2a2 is fitted between the main output mirror and a laser medium 4. The laser medium 4 side of the auxiliary output mirror 2a2 is only finished flatly, and is not coated. On the other hand, the auxiliary output mirror 2a2 side of the main output mirror 2a1 set up on the atmospheric air side is coated with a coating material. Accordingly, even when fine dust adheres and seizing, etc. are generated in the auxiliary output mirror 2a2, damage is not extended more than that because a section being in contact with the laser medium 4 side and having the possibility of the adhesion of dust is not coated, thus allowing laser oscillation for a prolonged term by a stable output. |
