PURPOSE:To make adjusting work ever so easy, by coupling the core of an actuator to be controlled by a microcomputer and the rack of a pump together via an isophasic lever, while making up the actuator into a slide setting structure with a simple screw, etc. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 2 in an electronic control governor to be attached to the side wall of a fuel-injection pump 1 has a core 17 being free of slide motion longitudinally along a center line O1 by control of energizing a solenoid. A fuel control rack 27 to be slidably displaced along a center line O3 is installed so as to parallel the center line O1 of this core 17. Then, a shaft 23 extending in a horizontal direction at right angles with these center lines O1 and O3 is installed as well, and a long boss cylinder 21 is rotatably fitted in this shaft 23, then the control rack 27 is coupled with each of isophasic levers 19 and 24 locked to this boss cylinder 21.
