A roller shoe is formed with an inclined back surface (1) for co-operation with a clamping wedge (3) adjustable in two directions by means of a set screw (2). A guiding insert (5) is located between two shoulders. A threaded bore (7) for accommodating the set screw (2) is formed in at least one end of the guiding insert (5). A blocking element (11) is disposed in a transverse groove (6) formed in at least one side of the guiding insert and in the said back surface. A supporting element (9) fits between the two shoulders and is releasably connected to the clamping wedge (3).
