PURPOSE:To prevent resinification of a single liquid and precipitation of a catalyst contained within the liquid by eliminating stay of two liquids for a long period of time in a flow path, by a method wherein the two liquids whose quantity is larger than capacity of the flow path is sucked into a pump chamber of a plunger pump and restored to a liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:A plunger pump unit 34 is actuated in a state where circumferential grooves 62a, 62a of a spool 62 in valve equipment 33 are positioned to a suction side of liquid passing holes 54, 55 for two liquids and a reciprocating movement of a piston 67 of the plunger pump unit 34 is performed. With this construction, the two liquids A, B in liquid tanks 29, 30 are sucked into a pump chamber through liquid passing holes 51, 52 provided on the liquid tanks 29, 30 and an oil tank 32, the liquid passing holes 54, 55 provided on the valve equipment 33, the circumferential grooves 62a, 62a of the spool 62 and communication holes 60, 61 and returned to the tank 30 for the two liquids through these flow paths. With this construction, the two liquids in the flow path flows greatly and it does not happen that they stay within the flow path for a long period of time. |
