The cpds. with high insecticidal and acaricidal activity esp. against larvae and eggs of mites and insects are of formula (I) in which R is Cl or F, R1 is H, Cl or F, R2 and R5 are H, halogen or 1-4C alkyl, R3 and R4 are H, halogen, alkyl, halo-alkyl, alkoxy, halo-alkoxy, alkenyl, halo-alkenyl, alkenyloxy, halo-alkenyloxy or alkinyl, R6 is H, 1-3C alkyl or halo-alkyl, R7 is 5-10C mono-, bi-or poly-cyclo alkyl, or alkenyl or 4-8C mono-, bi- or poly-cyclo alkyl or alkenyl contg. 1 or 2 hetero-atoms e.g. N, S or O in the ring.
