PURPOSE:To obtain a laser beam machine with few power losses whose optical system is easily designed by providing a laser beam diameter correction mechanism to the inside of a laser oscillator to constitute a resonator with an unstable shape. CONSTITUTION:The titled invented laser beam machine is provided with a lens 11 for correcting the laser beam diameter provided with a function of a window which is the laser beam diameter correction mechanism as well in the laser oscillator 3 to constitute the resonator with the unstable shape. Accordingly, the conventional function of the laser beam machine is satisfied and besides, the lowering of the power loss by the absorption of the lens can be decreased by providing only one lens 11. Furthermore, the optical system of the laser beam machine also becomes simple and its design and maintenance also become easy. |
