PURPOSE:To surely execute the exhaust smoking at the completion of filling up molten metal by forming a molten metal basin connecting with a cavity on a joining face between a fixed die core and a movable die core and arranging a plunger rod inserting into a injecting sleeve at the lower part of forming die. CONSTITUTION:The venting groove 15 is formed on the upper part 14 of fixed side 13 in the cavity 12, 12a formed by the movable die core 5a and the fixed die core 5. Further, a sprue 17 is formed at the lower part 16 of movable die core 5a in the cavity 12, 12a formed by joining to the movable die core 5a and the fixed die core 5. A fixed sleeve 19 is inserted into the lower part 18 of forming die 1 and the injecting sleeve 21 inserting through a plunger tip 20 is arranged as inserting in the fixed sleeve 19 and also the plunger tip 20 is freely slidable toward the front and the rear. In this way, the venting section and the sprue section in the die is uniformly formed, to surely execute the exhaust smoking at the completion of filling up the molten metal. |
