An universal machine for the working of wood or analogous material, comprising a supporting table (1) for the piece (A) which is to be worked, having a horizontal upper plate (2) provided with a first rotary tool-carrier member (5) having a fixed but adjustable position, extending vertically beneath the table, and a carriage (23) carrying the piece, displaceable in front of the rotary tool-carrier member, characterized in that it comprises a second tool-carrier member (6), which equally has a fixed but adjustable position, arranged in a horizontal plane and extending perpendicularly to one of the sides of the table (1), the carriage (23) being pivotally mounted about a horizontal axis (20) perpendicular to the respective directions of the two tool-carrier members, this carriage being capable of being turned down on to the upper plate (2).</p> |
