PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to be appropriate for a small-size bubble extinguishing apparatus omitting a water source, an apparatus for mixing a bubble fire extinguisher, and a pump and a motor for a pressure water supply apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with closed bubble heads 1 combined with fire detection and bubble fire extinguisher tanks 3 connected with the bubble heads via supply water piping 2. Bubble aqueous solution where extinguishing water is previously mixed with a formulated concentrate of the bubble fire extinguisher to a specified dilution concentration is stored in the tanks. The bubble heads sense a fire and open, making a pressure switch 9 disposed on the middle of the supply water piping detect depressurized phenomena inside the piping. The signal is transferred to a controller 7 by which a starting vessel 5 starts, supplying a gas pressure from a pressure gas vessel 4 to the tanks to pressurize the bubble aqueous solution inside the tanks, supplying the bubble aqueous solution from the tanks to the bubble heads via the piping. The bubble aqueous solution is bubbled and discharged from the bubble heads.
