PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message queuing method capable of switching the registration and transmission of message data between a fixed queue and a dynamic queue by automatically generating the dynamic queue when the fixed queue is made full. SOLUTION: At the time of registering a message in a fixed queue, when it is detected that the fixed queue is made full, a dynamic queue is generated, and the message is registered in the dynamic queue. While the message is registered in the dynamic queue, the message registered in the fixed queue is transmitted, and when any message is not left in the fixed queue, the message registration is switched from the dynamic queue to the fixed queue, and the message transmission processing is switched from the fixed queue to the dynamic queue. Then, the message registered in the dynamic queue is directly transmitted to the destination of transmission, and when the transmission of the message of the dynamic queue is ended, the dynamic queue is erased.
