PURPOSE:To prevent precipitation of a catalyst contained in a liquid and clogging of a liquid flow path, by making a temperature control fluid flow along a flow path of two liquids in a valve. CONSTITUTION:An oil liquid heated up to an appropriate temperature is fed to an oil tank 32 and flow path 64 in a valve 33 by actuating a temperature control pump unit 22 and the liquid in each of liquid tanks 29, 30, 31 and the valve 33 are kept held at a fixed temperature. A piston 67 of a plunger pump unit 34 is actuated under a state where a circumferential groove 62a of a spool 62 in the valve 33 has been positioned to a suction side of liquid passing holes 54, 55 for two liquids. The two liquids A, B in the liquid tanks 29, 30 are sucked to pump chambers 58, 59 through liquid passing holes 51, 52 provided on the liquid tanks 29, 30 and oil tank 32, the liquid passing holes 54, 55 provided on the valve 33, the circumferential groove 62a of the spool 62 and communication holes 60, 61 and go and return among the liquid tanks 29, 30 and pump chambers 58, 59. The spool 62 is turned by 90 deg., the two liquids in the pump chambers 58, 59 are streamed out into a liquid passing hole 71 in a mixer 35 through the liquid passing holes 54, 55, mixed up sufficiently with each other and poured into a jig 36 through a discharge port 72. |
