The method of cleaning of filling valves of the bottling machine incorporates use of a cleaning liquid tank which is kept under vacuum conditions. Cleaning commences by pressing a cup-shaped rim, sealing a moving valve part. This enables during turning of the carousel, opening and closure of the filling valve. It uses a support table (9) under each valve. The reservoir (1) has a top mounted vacuum connection (10). A console includes a sliding centring mechanism. A spring (13) presses a sliding part (8) downwards, forcing the bottle neck against a seal ring (14). A beaker shaped cup (15) has a rim (16) and aperture (17).
