The invention relates to a device for use with an assembly tool for facilitating assembly, disassembly and transport of large vehicle wheels, especially with rough tyre pattern, and comprising a wheeled, horizontally orientated U-shaped frame 1 having two free arms 2,3 and which frame 1, in the region of its middle section 4, has a stand 19 which, during transport, assembly and disassembly, is intended to secure the vehicle wheel. The respective arm 2,3 of the frame 1 is provided with at least two supporting rollers 15, self-adjusting against the wheel, for supporting the wheel to be fitted or changed and a lifting motion of the wheel is produced by virtue of the supporting rollers 15 being able to be pressed in beneath the wheel and being movable, together with the one or both arm(s) 2,3, in the horizontal direction towards each other. <IMAGE> |
