PURPOSE:To enable the cleaning and finishing of bean grains in excellent state, by enclosing a bean grain with surfaces of a pair of cleaning belts, transferring the grain under rotation and moderate pressure and cleaning the grain during the transfer. CONSTITUTION:A pair of cleaning belts 1, 2 having moderate surface elasticity are arranged in a manner to oppositely and closely place the surfaces of both belts 1, 2 and are rotated at different speeds V1, V2. A bean grain W is pressed between the surfaces and transferred under rotation. The breakage of the bean and the damage of the bean surface can be completely eliminated and the whole surface of the bean grain can be uniformly and completely cleaned and polished by this process. Accordingly, a bean grain finished in excellent state can be prepared. |
