The combustion installation comprises an external container or silo (1) for fuel storage and a combustion chamber (6). Connected to the chamber is a heating hearth (8) which has a heat-carrying medium flowing through it to absorb and provide further heat produced in the combustion chamber. - Both the combustion chamber and the hearth are built inside the container, and are wholly or partly enclosed by the stored fuel (2).(1) |
