A dental prosthesis is attached to the existing natural teeth by a plug-in type of fastener. The socket consists of a rectangular block (b) with a slot which breaks out along two adjacent sides. One side of the block has a hollow boss which houses a bolt (C) with a chamfered head. This bolt is secured by a rubber plug (d) and a nut (e). A plug fixed to the natural tooth fits inside the block in the space (a). A depression is engaged by the bolt (c) which is pressed into the depression by the resilience of the rubber plug.
