PURPOSE:To attain subscriber monitor with simple processing even at a small capacity station by converting time information into sound information, inserting the converted sound information to a specific time slot in a time division switch and switching a subscriber voice and the time information converted into the voice information. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber A SUB makes a call, a main controller 16 starts a tape recorder 12 via an SD of a test device 13 simultaneously when an incoming subscriber B SUB 15 responds. The time information digitized by a voice synthesizer 9 is converted at the same time into an analog signal via a time division switch 8 and a CODEC 6 by the information from a master timer 10 and recorded on the tape recorder 12. When the talking of the A SUB 1 is disconnected and the A SUB 1 hooks on, a switch restoration signal is transmitted from the device 16 to the device 11 via an SD lead of the device 13, the time information is recorded on the recorder 12 on the basis of voice through the device 9, the talking end time is obtained at the reproduction of a tape and required items are transmitted to a typerwriter 17. |
