PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helpdesk system by which a questioner, an answerer and a manager efficiently exchange questions and answers at a low cost through one management server. SOLUTION: In this helpdesk system 100, questioning and answering are performed regarding merchandise or services among a question terminal 11, an answer terminal 41 and a management terminal 91 connected through the management server on a network. The management server 1 is provided with a storage part 7 storing a question input image 65 for entering a question item to the answerer, a CPU 2 for appropriately customizing the question input image 65 stored in the storage part 7 according to the operation of the manager and a transmission control part 5 for transmitting the question input image 65 customized by the CPU 2 to the question terminal 11. |
