At this time, since the drain edge 8 of the washing water jet orifice 6 is formed into a plane shape present at the thick wall internal position of a short cylindrical part 1 constituting a curved edge 9 and said jet orifice 6 is opened in the direction almost right-angled to the water passage of the short cylindrical part 1, the upward scattering of washing water is suppressed by the overhang of the drain edge 8 from the water passage and the action drawing down the upper edge part A of a jet pattern is developed by said protruded part.
