<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to preserve freshness of perishable foods after packaging, by packing perishable foods into a container, pouring an aqueous solution of ozone to the container, placing a cover on the container and sealing. CONSTITUTION:A container film f1 is intermittently transferred, heated by a heater 2 and molded into a container (r) by a molding device 3. The container (r) is packed with perishable foods such as perishable vegetables by a packaging device 4, the perishable foods are sprayed with an aqueous solution of ozone in an atomizing way by an ozone sterilizer 5 and sterilized by ozone action. Then, a cover film f2 is put on the container film f1, these films are sealed by a sealer 6 and packed foods are punched by puncher 7. Consequently, fresh ness of perishable foods after packaging can be preserved for a long time.</p> |
