Compounds of the formula I <IMAGE> wherein R, independently of each other, is hydrogen or methyl, R1 is located in the 8 or 9 position and is hydrogen, chlorine, fluorine or C1-3-alkyl, and R2 is thienyl, furyl or a group <IMAGE> where Ro is, independently of each other, hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, C1-10-alkyl, C1-10-alkoxy or C1-10- alkylthio, or the one Ro is hydrogen and the other is tri- (C1-3-alkyl)silyl, trifluoromethyl, phenyl, monochlorophenyl or monofluorophenyl, <IMAGE> where X, Y, R3, R3' or R4 has the meaning given in the description, or two Ro groups on neighbouring carbon atoms form methylenedioxy. The compounds can be used for treating PAF-mediated bronchoconstriction and extravasation. |
