PURPOSE:An egg, containing germanium, obtained by feeding a domestic fowl with a feed containing a water-soluble germanium compound having oxygen atoms for egg laying, suppliable lightly to the market regardless of the season, and capable of exhibiting effective action on the body. CONSTITUTION:A feed containing a water-soluble germanium compound having oxygen atoms, e.g. a feed, contaning one or more compounds such as germanium dioxide or sodium germanate, and having >=0.05% solubility in water, is given to a domestic fowl to make the domestic fowl lay eggs. |
