摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a deterioration in the performance even after long time operation by arranging a specified perovskite type compound film on an oxygen electrode, and separating stabilized zirconia from the oxygen electrode with this film. CONSTITUTION:A separating film comprising a perovskite type compound indicated in the general formula Ln1-yM<3>yAl3-y/2 (Ln is Nd or Dy, M<3> is Sr, Mg, Ca, or Ba, y is a number larger than zero but-smaller than 1) is arranged on an oxygen electrode. By this film, stabilized zirconia is separated from La1-xN<1>xM<2>O3-x/2 to prevent the contact. The thickness of the separating film is specified to 1mum or less to reduce the internal resistance of a cell. The film is made of Nd0.9Sr0.1Al2.95 selected from perovskite type compounds.
