<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the fracture of a reel and a cable, and damage to a loaded cargo by stopping immediately the shift of equipment through the setup of a time lag with a safety reel system setting mechanism when the reel has stopped turning due to an accident. CONSTITUTION:As illustrated herein, there are set up a magnetic switch circuit MS (forward rotation magnetic switch circuit FMS and reverse magnetic switch circuit RMS), forward rotation and reverse rotation circuits F and R, a limit switch circuit LS and an ON-OFF circuit RL for a rotary reel. According to the aforesaid circuit constitution, a drive device is interrupted in a predetermined setup time or continues to rotate within a predetermined time, due to the time lag operation of a delay relay and the like, when a reel has stopped or temporarily stopped rotating due to an accident and other factors. And at the startup of equipment, function for the safety of shifting the equipment and the smooth operation function thereof are given to enable starting normal operation after the leg of a predetermined time. Also, connecting body for supplying energy necessary for shifting the equipment are provided with a cushion spring, thereby adding safety function.</p> |
