<p>PURPOSE:To improve the assembling workability by forming flange sections facing each other on peripheries of an inner panel and an outer panel fitted to both inner and outer faces of a door main body, overlapping both flange sections, then clamping them with a clamping member and connecting them. CONSTITUTION:A door main body provided with a sash 2 at its upper section is constituted of a skeleton 3 forming the framework of the door main body at its lower section and an inner panel 4 and an outer panel 5 assembled across this skeleton 3. The skeleton 3 is constituted of a front end member 6 and a rear end member 7, and upper and lower stays 8, 9 utilized for assembling the door interior fit component are fitted to stay fitting seats 10 provided on inner wall sections 6a, 7a of individual members 6, 7. In this case, in assembling the inner panel 4 and the outer panel 5, flange section 36, 37 formed on their peripheries and facing each other are overlapped and positioned, then both flange sections 36, 37 are clamped by a clip 85 and connected.</p> |
