PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of data collection with a non-contact type information communication system 1 provided with a non-contact type information communication body 4, some readers R1-Rn, C1-Cn and A1-An reading information by performing non-contact communication with a non-contact type information communication body present in the communication available area and an information collection device 1 gathering information read from the non-contact type information communication body present in the communication available area of each reader by sending reading orders to these readers. SOLUTION: An information collection device is provided with a program 11 with a control task performing processing which generates a communication task receiving information read from the non-contact type information communication body present in the communication available area of each reader by sending the reading orders to some readers at the same time to collect information by performing the generated communication task.
