A nutritious food is prepd. from silkworm. Thus, matured silkworm larvae (5 the stage old) are vacuum-drid for 10-24hr at 40-100≦̸C and 80-760mHg. After removing larvaes skin (the inner-, outer-, and basal layer) using a sieve-shaker, the dried larvae are pulverized to give final product. |
