PURPOSE:To reduce cost without any drop in cutting capability by using silicone dioxide. CONSTITUTION:A cutting tip for a circular saw is formed, using about 50% of diamond 1 and about 50% of silicon dioxide. Silicon dioxide is much cheaper than diamond. Therefore, cost is substantially reduced without any drop is cutting capability and the price of the cutting tip is made less expensive. |
