PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical strength, surface lubricity and moisture resistance of a sensitive body by forming the surface layer with a dispersion liq. contg. an org. solvent having a cyclic hydrocarbon chain, a resin binder and fluororesin powder. CONSTITUTION:The surface layer of a sensitive body is formed by applying and drying a dispersion liq. contg. an org. solvent (A) having a cyclic hydrocarbon chain, a resin binder (B) and fluororesin powder (C). Cyclohexanone is preferably used as the component A and the component B may be polymethacrylate or bisphenol Z type polycarbonate. Powder of a (co)polymer of tetrafluoroethylene, trifluorochloroethylene, hexafluoroethylenepropylene, vinyl fluoride, vinylidene fluoride or difluorodichloroethylene is preferably used as the component C, and the pref. amount of the component C is 1-50wt% of the total amount of the solid components in the dispersion liq. |
