PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a resin foamed molded product having voids from a particulate resin foamable material without foaming inferiority, by supplying heating steam to a foamable body not only from a skin absent side but also from a skin covered side to foam the particulate resin foamable material. CONSTITUTION:A skin 10 is arranged along the mold cavity wall 6 of a lower mold 5 and, after the cylindrical body 9 supported by the proper support jig engaged with the upper surface of the lower mold 5 is located and arranged in a mold cavity 2, beads 11 are charged in the space demarcated by the cylindrical body 9 and the skin 10 and an upper mold 3 is closed. Heating steam is supplied into the mold cavity 2 through heating steam supply holes 4 and heating steam supply pipes 8 to foam the beads 11 under heating. A lug 10b is cut off, and the skin 10, a resin foam 13 and the cylindrical body 9 are partially cut off inclusive of an area having small holes 10a remaining thereto to form an opening 15 and an opening 16 is further formed. Sufficient heating steam can be supplied and the resin foam 13 having no foaming inferiority can be obtained within a short time. |
