<p>PURPOSE:To enable a flexible mass-production line to be attained in a production line being left as arranged classified by a function, by providing a mechanism, which can store a lot in a unit of number or repeatedly processing times classified by a process, further controlling a flow by a half-finished amount in the following process. CONSTITUTION:A lot, which finishes its processing in the preceding process, is carried into a corresponding workshop 1 via a transporting equipment 8, while a sensor 12, which detects arrival of the lot, feeds information, relating to the lot, to a controller 13, and the controller, which confirms in what process and how many times of processing the lot is placed, moves the lot utilizing a branch/confluence equipment 6 to an applicable multi-station 5, for instance, the station 5 of No.i. The station 5 of No.i, which accepts said lot, selects a processing equipment in said workshop and moves the lot to that equipment by utilizing a conveyer 7. The lot, whose processing is completed, is fed returning to the original station 5 of No.i, and the lot moves to a station 5 in the next workshop by a half-finished amount in the next process. Here a transporting system, if it provides a branch/confluence equipment in the vertical direction, can correspond to further more kinds.</p> |
