PURPOSE: A shock-absorbing packing box using a multi-cell tube is provided to achieve an outstanding shock-absorbing effect, and to prevent the contamination of environment due to the use of existing styrofoam. CONSTITUTION: A double layered main material and a cylindrical inner material are laminated and welded in a longitudinal direction thereof and two rows of division lines(14) are formed to define injection bores(13) repeatedly. The center portion between the division lines forms a supply tube(11) and both side portions form a cell portion(10). The cell portion forms a plurality of cells(10a) having the injection port respectively. The supply tube contains a multi-cell tube(1) formed by an operating tube(12) that a part thereof is intruded into the cell portion, and the one side of the multi-cell tube is attached to the inner surface of the shock-absorbing packing box board.
