PURPOSE: A flange bolt for a cylinder head cover is provided to resolve the reduction of friction force and the planting nonuniformity generated when connecting the cylinder head cover and a cylinder head gasket to a cylinder head with the flange bolt. CONSTITUTION: A flange bolt for a cylinder head cover is connecting the cylinder head cover and a cylinder head gasket to a cylinder head wherein a bush(40) is integrally formed with a bolt body(42). An arc typed protrusion(34) of a predetermined height is radially formed at the lower surface of a head part(31) of the bolt to make a planting solution smoothly permeated between the lower surface of the head part and a circular plate(41) of a bush and between the bolt body and an inner circumference of a penetrating hole(43) of the bush.
