PURPOSE:To obtain habiliments made of patterned silicone rubber efficiently at a low cost, by a method wherein a thing obtained by arranging pattern pieces formed by extracting from a thin molded silicone rubber sheet on predetermined positions of a thick unvulcanized silicone rubber sheet is arranged within a molding tool for vulcanization molding. CONSTITUTION:A large number of pattern pieces 2 extracted from a thin molded silicone rubber sheet 1 are arranged on prdetermined positions of a circular and thick unvulcanized silicone rubber sheet 3 for provisional adhesion. Then the surface whereon the pattern piece 2 has been stuck is arranged on a recessed part 4a for a bathing cap of the inside of a lower molding tool 4 by being turned down. Then when pressurizing is performed by heating an upper molding tool 5 and the lower molding tool 4 in a state that they are combined together by lowering the upper molding tool 5, the unvulcanized silicone rubber sheet 3 comes melted and keeps expanding gradually within a caplike molding space 6 to be formed between the recessed part 4a for the bathing cap and upper molding tool 5. Accordingly, the pattern piece 2 is kept joining unitarily with the unvulcanized silicone rubber sheet 3. Then when the same is cooled after vulcanization and both the molding tools 4, 5 are removed, the bathing cap A made of silicon rubber on the surface of which polka dots are formed evenly can be obtained. |
